Some of her achievements include being a featured teller at the 2004 Glistening Waters Storytelling festival, performing original stories for the Guggenheim exhibition, presenting workshops at 1994 Early Childhood Convention, touring West Coast, Marlborough and Central schools for D.O.C. and REAP, initiating a preschool outreach programme in 2004 in conjunction with the Dunedin Public Libraries (still currently running) and plus many other self-generated projects and tours. She is currently involved in performing pioneer stories for the Otago Settlers Museum, along with Danny Still as part of a touring show around secondary schools in the Otago region. She has teamed up with musician Anna Bowen as half of the duo Kat Anna Fiddle (www.katannafiddle.kiwifolk.org), and together they enchant audiences from early childhood to through to seniors. She uses puppets, music, song, imagination and humour to spin a web of wondrous words, guaranteed to capture any audience.
